Passionist Family Group
Family Groups have been active in the parish for over 20 years. Each of the nine groups meet monthly for no or low cost activity. These gatherings allow people to get to know one another, form friendships, have fun and quite simply joyfully experience Christian life with others. One misunderstanding we have noticed is that many people think this Movement is just for families. This is not the case. Passionist Family Groups are for everyone, no matter what age or family circumstances. Our motto “ A Family for All”.

Rosary Groups
We have several groups who meet to pray the Rosary each week often at private homes. Details are listed in the Newsletter.

Secular Franciscans
The Secular Franciscan Order belongs to the Franciscan Family and is formed by the organic union of all the Catholic fraternities, whose members, moved by the Holy Spirit, commit themselves through profession to live the Gospel after the manner of St. Francis in their secular state following the Rule approved by the Church. We meet on the second Friday of each month in the Fr Pierce Room at St Johns Church.
